1. General

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms. Reliable Bear reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products, Customization & Product Photography

Many of our products are custom or personalized. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use any names, logos, crests, insignia, or text provided for engraving or personalization. Reliable Bear is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content. Reliable Bear reserves the right to decline any order containing content deemed unlawful or inappropriate.

By submitting a custom order, you grant Reliable Bear a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to photograph and display the completed product for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. This licence applies to the finished product as a whole. Reliable Bear does not claim ownership of any logos, crests, insignia, or third-party intellectual property featured in those images. All such intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

If you require that your order not be used in product photography, you must notify us in writing at the time of ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs duties where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order enters production.

4. Order Accuracy

Review all order details carefully before submitting. For custom and engraved orders, Reliable Bear produces exactly what is submitted and approved via design proof. Reliable Bear is not responsible for errors in spelling, design, layout, or personalization details provided by the customer. A design proof will be provided for approval prior to production — once approved, the order proceeds as confirmed.

5. Production & Lead Times

Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and will incur an additional fee. Reliable Bear is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Reliable Bear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reliable Bear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
