Shipping Policy

Reliable Bear ships within Canada and internationally. Production lead time is 1–4 weeks for standard orders. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and will incur a rush fee. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs imposed by their country. These charges are outside Reliable Bear's control and are not included in the product or shipping price. Reliable Bear is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all returns and exchanges are assessed case by case. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right — that is our guarantee.

Buyers are responsible for return postage on all approved returns.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of purchase. Once production has begun on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible or subject to a restocking fee. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@reliablebear.ca.
