Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Canada and internationally. Estimated delivery times vary by destination - please refer to individual product listings for details.
- Processing time: Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days, depending on customization requirements.
- Customs & Import Taxes: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and personalized nature of many of our products, returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to the individual item listing for return eligibility.
If there is an issue with your order (damage, defect, or error on our part), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will make it right.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of purchase. After that, if production has begun on a custom order, cancellations may not be possible. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
